Once you complete this application process YOU MUST VERIFY your application status by checking your application status on NBPTS.DPI.STATE.NC.US!
A $75 nonrefundable and nontransferable National Board Certification application registration fee is required and must be paid before completing the loan application. You will need to insert your Candidate ID# in the loan application and also send proof of payment to the email address below.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email (Please use an email address that you check often) explaining what you should do next. The email will contain time sensitive information that you must respond to immediately or the funds will be given to another candidate.
